General Contracting/Construction Management
We have the versatility, capabilities, and manpower to be the General Contractor for both Out-of-Ground projects and Renovations. Personalize your office space with Tenant Fit-Outs or Build-Outs. Our Project Management team assumes full responsibility for all construction-related activities. And, we reduce costs by efficiently self-performing a variety of projects from Conception to Certificate of Occupancy. Most importantly, we promise to always deliver a turn-key product that exceeds your expectations.
Masonry
As the top masonry company in New York City, we know that time is of the essence. That’s why our main focus is building with integrity, quickly, while always providing the highest quality. Rising Sun provides all services for New Construction and Restoration projects, and we possess the bonding capacity for both public bidding and private work. All of our crewmembers are properly trained and certified for both supported and suspended scaffolding. And, we have our own, in-house riggers license.
Waterproofing
Waterproofing is a key part of every project and one we perform every day throughout the five boroughs of New York City and all of New Jersey. We perform both below-grade and envelope waterproofing and are certified applicators of Henry and Carlisle Waterproofing Systems. Our crewmembers perform constant training to stay abreast in a rapidly changing industry so we can make sure all of our waterproofing jobs are performed to the highest standard, ensuring no leakage.
Roofing
We know you demand the highest quality. That’s why we require all of our roofers to be properly trained for the efficient installation of all commercial roofing systems. As certified applicators and installers of almost all major roofing manufacturers, such as Siplast, Johns Manville, Soprema, GAF, and many more, we have completed roofing projects ranging from 2,500 SF to 200,000 SF.
