Our work for Marist College included two different jobs. One was a New Construction of the Music Building and Multi-Purpose including the Fusco Recital Hall and Symphonic Hall. The other was a New Construction addition to the Student Center which included a Rotunda and Grand Dining Hall. For the Music Building, the 6,500 SF Vegetated Roofing System was installed by LiveRoof and will help with the absorption of rain water. Architectural lead-coated decorative panels were used for the stone barrier walls on the roof. In addition to the roofing, we installed concrete pavers with leveling pedestal for the patio with planter boxes. The Grand Dining Hall was built around the former exterior courtyard, with an architectural standing seam metal roof with insulated metal wall panels.
For this New Construction project, Rising Sun’s responsibilities included:
- Installing Architectural Lead-Coated Decorative Panels
- Constructing Stone Barrier on Roof
- Installing Concrete Pavers for Patio
