Located in the Financial District in Downtown Manhattan, Rising Sun Construction was contracted to complete a Fit-Out of the 22nd floor. This 8,000 SF office remodel was completely redone to convert it into a luxurious, modern office environment. We were responsible for updating the floors, walls, and ceiling. Also, Rising Sun was contracted to construction high-end millwork, lighting, and plumbing.
For this Fit-Out project, Rising Sun’s responsibilities included:
