Located in southwest Hoboken, this New Construction residential building will supply 12 luxury condominiums starting at over 2,225 SF per unit. This seven-story apartment building will also have three deeded rooftop terraces, a luxury not often found in Hoboken. Rising Sun was contracted to complete all of the building Envelope Waterproofing, Relieving Angle(s) Installation, and all Brick and Pre Cast Installation. Also, we were responsible for all of the Interior Exposed Concrete Coating.
For this New Construction project, Rising Sun’s responsibilities included:
