Formerly known as the International Toy Building, this is another building converting from office space to luxury condominiums. It is located just a couple blocks north of the Flatiron Building in the up and coming Madison Square Park neighborhood. Rising Sun has been contracted for many different services to complete this project. From the 17th to the 22nd floors we are completing all of the CMU work, the Envelope Waterproofing, and adding a new Limestone façade. We’ve also been contracted to complete the Roof Bulkhead, all Coping Stone Installation, and all of the Stucco work.
For this Renovation project, Rising Sun’s responsibilities include:
