Located just blocks from the New York Stock Exchange, Rising Sun has been contracted to help convert this building from an office building into a residential apartment building. This is a growing trend in the Financial District, as more and more people are choosing to live downtown. Now, this building will house 52 luxury apartments. Rising Sun will complete all of the CMU work for the entire building, from the cellar to the 28th floor. We have also been contracted to complete all stone, stucco, and EIFS work.
For this Renovation project, Rising Sun’s responsibilities include:
