Holly Heights Elementary School in Millville, New Jersey is part of an SDA (School’s Development Authority) District, which requires emergent projects necessary to avoid potential health and safety issues. To accommodate the school and district needs, we were contracted to make modifications to the MEPS (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Systems) to provide and install 35,000 SF of 060 EPDM Versico Roofing System with 1/8” layout and an all new metal fascia/gravel stop. To complete the roofing project, we also installed new roof drains, a steel ladder, and a roof hatch with safety rails. We also repointed and waterproofed the masonry walls.
