The existing private school has contracted Rising Sun to be the General Contractor for a 5,000 square foot New Construction expansion. This Structural Framed addition will add four new classrooms and two new bathrooms to accommodate the school’s growth. As General Contractor for this project, Rising Sun Construction will self-perform the Concrete, Roofing, and EIFS façade, while also managing all of the subcontractors responsible for completing the other trades.
As General Contractor for this New Construction project, Rising Sun’s responsibilities include:
